Don Irvin has been active in the real estate appraisal field for over twenty
five and has been an instructor for eight years. Don received a Bachelor of
Science degree in 1972 and earned his first of two nationally recognized
appraisal designations in 1987.Don is certified by the NC Appraisal board
and the International Association of Assessing Officers having taught for
Central Piedmont Community College and the Mecklenburg County Tax
Administrators Office. Don has served as a mentor for local candidates
seeking to earn designation and lectured for the NC Candidates Club as well
as the NC Association of Assessing Officers. Don and his wife Becky are life long residents of Concord and have two grown children who live nearby.
